Walmart's Beat-and-Raise Gets Sold: 2.6% Comps and a Soft Q3 Guide Cut ~$85 Billion

Walmart beat and raised fiscal 2027 outlook after $187.9 billion of revenue and $0.81 of adjusted EPS, then dropped about 9%–10% as U.S. comps slowed to 2.6% and Q3 operating-income guidance of 2%–4% signaled that $2.9 billion of tariff refunds is going back into price.
