Nvidia's Blowout Carries a One-Sector Close as Ten S&P Groups Finish Red
The S&P 500 closed up 0.72% at 7,730.99 and the Nasdaq jumped 1.57% as Nvidia surged 8.7% after a $96.2 billion quarter and a 70% fiscal-2028 growth comment. Technology was the only green S&P sector. Ten other groups finished lower, and Marvell's beat-and-raise left shares flat after the bell.
